About The Position

The Analytics & Insights team serves as the intelligence engine for Membership and Deposit Products, collaborating with Product Management and Product Strategy teams to ensure decisions are based on reliable data, behavioral insights, and a deep understanding of members. The role involves transforming complex data into clear insights that guide strategy, innovation, and investment decisions by connecting product and cross-channel data. This enables smarter, more personalized experiences and stronger business outcomes. The position requires supporting business decisions through quantitative and qualitative data analysis, reporting patterns, insights, and trends to leadership via dashboards and reports. It also involves analyzing business problems and issues using business intelligence tools that integrate data from internal and external sources. The analyst will work independently to interpret and analyze complex business challenges that significantly impact the function or branch, demonstrating a specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures and analysis techniques, and being recognized as an expert in their field within the company.
