We are seeking a results-driven Principal Business Development Executive to join our Partner Sales Organization. You will own and grow large partner accounts, driving revenue through strong relationships, strategic planning, and disciplined execution. You will engage directly with senior decision-makers, position our technology portfolio and value proposition, shape new GTM models and commercials, negotiate business terms, and oversee reporting, invoicing, and partner satisfaction. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Product Management, Finance, Legal, and Marketing at Gen and within partner organizations.
