Program Leadership: Track record of directing and delivering extensive transformation initiatives across varied business functions
Communication & Storytelling: Polished writing, compelling presentation decks, and the capacity to craft a persuasive, fact-based narrative for senior leaders
Client Relationship Management: Skill in building trust, setting clear expectations, and fostering lasting relationships that extend beyond individual projects
Time Management: Outstanding organizational skills and the capability to keep engagements involving multiple workstreams on schedule and within budget
Collaboration: Effective teamwork across functions and the ability to run engaging, interactive workshops
Emotional Intelligence & Resilience: Skill in sensing group dynamics, managing objections gracefully, and remaining calm under pressure
Deep Domain Knowledge: Specialized expertise in at least one industry vertical (such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Restaurants, or Airlines), with solid grasp of value drivers and critical metrics
Functional Expertise: Background in one or more areas including merchandising/commercial excellence, marketing, supply chain, or innovation
Operations & Process Understanding: Practical experience mapping business workflows and devising improvements
Digital & Technology Literacy: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data platforms, analytics, AI, and industry-standard systems, connecting business needs with technical solutions
Ability to Carry Solutions Through to Sale: Going beyond identifying problems on slides to deeply understanding solutions well enough to help shape, explain, and actively pitch them to stakeholders while driving engagements to achieve defined results
Client-First Mindset: Consistently approaching work through the lens of client outcomes and trade-offs, rather than focusing solely on deliverables

Responsibilities

Direct and execute large-scale transformation initiatives spanning various business functions
Deconstruct complicated business challenges, examine data, and craft workable, actionable solutions
Craft compelling, data-driven narratives and polished presentations to convey insights and suggestions to leadership
Establish and maintain enduring client partnerships built on trust and transparent expectation-setting
Coordinate and oversee engagements involving multiple workstreams to keep them within scope, schedule, and budget
Work productively across cross-functional teams and lead dynamic, interactive workshops
Manage client resistance calmly, gauging team dynamics and adjusting strategy accordingly
Chart current business workflows and pinpoint areas for operational enhancement
Contribute to developing, articulating, and promoting proposed solutions to stakeholders, guiding engagements toward defined goals
Anchor every workstream in client results and trade-offs, going beyond mere deliverables
