About The Position

We are seeking a Principal, Business Consulting, to lead high-impact transformation programs, build lasting client relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes across diverse industries. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with executive-level communication skills and deep domain expertise, bridging the gap between strategy and execution while helping shape and sell solutions that deliver real value to clients.

Requirements

Structured Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking, ability to break down complex issues, analyze data, and design practical solutions
Program Leadership: Experience leading and delivering large transformation programs catering to diverse business capabilities
Communication & Storytelling: Clear writing, strong decks, and the ability to tell a compelling, evidence-based story to executives
Client Relationship Management: Building trust, managing expectations, and sustaining long-term relationships, not just projects
Time Management: Exceptional planning and the ability to maintain multi-workstream engagements on track and on budget
Collaboration: Working effectively in cross-functional teams and leading engaging workshops
Emotional Intelligence & Resilience: Reading the room, handling pushback, and staying composed under pressure
Deep Domain Knowledge: Expertise in at least one industry segment (e.g., Consumer Goods, Retail, Restaurants, Airlines), including a strong understanding of value drivers and key metrics
Functional Expertise: Experienced in one or more of the following domains: Merchandising/commercial excellence, marketing, supply chain, or innovation
Operations & Process Understanding: Hands-on ability to map business processes and design improvements
Digital & Technology Literacy: Awareness of SaaS platforms, data platforms, data analytics, AI, and core systems in the industry, bridging the gap between business and engineering
Ability to Carry Solutions Through to Sale: Not just framing the problem on slides, but understanding the solution deeply enough to help shape it, explain it, actively sell it to stakeholders and deliver engagements driving established outcomes
Client-First Mindset: Consistently framing work in terms of client outcomes and trade-offs, not just deliverables

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver large-scale transformation programs across diverse business capabilities
Break down complex business issues, analyze data, and design practical, actionable solutions
Develop clear, evidence-based narratives and executive-ready presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Build and sustain long-term client relationships grounded in trust and clear expectation management
Plan and manage multi-workstream engagements to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and facilitate engaging workshops
Navigate client pushback with composure, reading team dynamics and adapting approach as needed
Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Shape, explain, and help sell proposed solutions to stakeholders, driving engagements toward established outcomes
Frame all workstreams around client outcomes and trade-offs rather than deliverables alone
