Principal Business Analyst, Fraud

Mission Lane
$118,000 - $135,000Remote

About The Position

Mission Lane is combining the power of data, technology, and exceptional service to pave a clear way forward for millions of people on the path to financial success. By attracting top talent and leveraging cutting-edge technology, we’re enabling people to unlock real financial progress. We're looking for a Principal Business Analyst, Fraud to design and test the defenses that stop fraudulent applications, reporting to the Director, Fraud. The impact you'll make: Right now, someone is filling out an application for their first credit card, hoping it's the start of something they can build on. Fraudsters have learned to mimic that same hope on paper. A thin credit file and a stolen identity can look nearly identical on the surface, and the line between them shifts as fraud tactics evolve. You'll build and test the logic that draws that line, making sure the real applicant gets a fair, fast answer, and the fraudster doesn’t get a credit card. Mission Lane is still young, but we've landed in an exciting, stable stretch of maturation. We're still building but we've already got a solid foundation. There's never been a better time to learn and grow right along with us.
