We're seeking a dynamic Principal Marketing Lead who can create and execute field focused acquisition strategies with full autonomy. This role requires a flexible, growth mindset and the ability to manage a high degree of ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating as a player and a coach, setting and achieving goals, and tracking key performance indicators as a strategist, then acquiring customers and hitting revenue targets. They will need to demonstrate a history of progressive scope and the ability to solve problems autonomously and navigate a large, global, and matrixed environment while balancing hands-on execution. At Amazon LEO, the B2B Marketing team is defining our end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy. We own B2B customer insights, deliver compelling content, and acquire and retain customers across multiple industries and regions. The Principal Marketing Lead for B2B Marketing in North America will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with diverse markets and cultures. They will need to be as comfortable with account-based marketing as with white glove events, campaigns, and influencers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the regional B2B marketing strategy from the ground up, for an advanced and modern connectivity service in one of our most important regions.
