This position is responsible for independently managing the drafting and negotiation of GlobalFoundries’ most complex and strategically significant sales transactions. The attorney will lead high‑value deals that often require coordination across multiple attorneys and contract professionals, providing guidance to both executive and non‑executive stakeholders throughout the organization. The role may also include direct management responsibilities for other legal and contract team members. The attorney must bring strong transactional expertise and demonstrate confidence, sound business judgment, and the proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment. As a global role, occasional international travel may be required.
