The Capital One Emerging Payments Product Marketing team is seeking an energetic, creative, and results-driven individual to serve as a hybrid Project and Program Manager for the team. This role is the "connective tissue" of the team, responsible for driving high-priority initiatives while maintaining a holistic view of the entire digital tools marketing program to ensure work is delivered on strategy, on time, and at the highest quality. The successful candidate will lead "Tier 1" projects (e.g. paid and owned awareness campaigns), while simultaneously managing the overarching program rhythm, resource coordination, and operational health of the team. You will work with numerous partners such as marketing strategists, creative agencies, and internal operation lane partners to manage strategic, integrated, multi-dimensional marketing projects.
