About The Position

The Card HR + HRIO Chief of Staff team is seeking a Principal Associate, Project Manager to strategically manage the Associate Experience agenda for the organization. The ideal candidate will bring creative ideas to connect and engage associates across our international footprint while ensuring thoughtful cohesion with local associate experience efforts. You will lead and support top of house operational efforts, such as team communications, town halls, volunteerism, and recognition. The ideal candidate is a culture champion, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and adapts quickly and efficiently to change. You are passionate about driving a fun, inclusive culture through well-managed associate experiences, working closely with the Chief of Staff team, administrative team, and culture champions across the organization to execute.

Requirements

  • Program or project management experience, ideally related to culture, employee experience, or internal communications
  • Detail- and process-oriented, able to manage several projects and initiatives at once with supportive direction and an ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Confident facilitator and communicator (verbal and written) who can influence and communicate to a wide range of audiences, including associates and senior executives
  • Creative thinker who’s passionate about associate experience and brings energy and empathy to their work
  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a strong change management/change leadership approach
  • Strong ability to prioritize competing initiatives and continue to move work forward through to execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity, influence, and data-driven storytelling
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of project or process management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides and Docs)

  • At least 1 year associate engagement experience
  • At least 4 years of project or process management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience interpreting metrics, trends, and survey data

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and execute the day-to-day operations and processes that underpin the associate experience in Card HR + HRIO
  • Lead the end-to-end operational execution and logistics management for all key associate engagement events and processes (e.g., recognition programs, town halls, volunteerism)
  • Drive excitement and engagement in team events, activities, and processes through communications (email, Slack, etc.), leadership engagement, and associate connections
  • Ensure cohesion between local and top of house engagement efforts through collaboration with local team culture and engagement points of contact
  • Leverage data and insights from AAS and local feedback gathering to inform engagement initiatives, drive innovative, well-managed programming, and propose recommendations for strategy refinement to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy that brings key messages and culture and engagement initiatives to life
  • Support senior leader preparation for associate experience activities, including developing clear, refined talking points and leading event prep calls
  • Manage and update internal content and resources (e.g., internal templates, documentation, and playbooks) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and utility for team members
