About The Position

Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) organization is seeking an expert facilitator to independently own high-stakes enterprise learning experiences. Facilitation delivery is the core of this role: you’ll adapt and deliver enterprise learning content for complex, cross-functional, and high-stakes audiences, operating autonomously in ambiguous situations. Requirements

  • Operate autonomously in ambiguous situations, using sound judgment to identify problems independently and drive them to resolution without needing structure provided for you.
  • Own outcomes end to end within your facilitation and program scope, from diagnosing a gap through recommending and delivering the solution.
  • Translate classroom insight into actionable feedback that improves learning products, standards, and practices.
  • Coach and mentor other facilitators, and contribute to observation, feedback, and calibration efforts that raise quality across the team.
  • Bring subject matter expertise in your content area(s), connecting theory to practical, real-world business application.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3+ years of facilitation experience.

  • Model advanced facilitation behaviors and support others’ growth.
  • Lead observation, feedback, and calibration efforts.
  • Coach and mentor facilitators both formally and informally.
