About The Position

Responsibilities
- Finalizing technology stack for various initiatives within the IT ecosystem of Genpact to meet business requirement.
- Function as a SPOC for architecture and liaise with internal Genpact customer/business IT Infrastructure team, Infosec team, Data privacy team and delivery team to ensure accurate solution design, and fitment to the requirement.
- Involvement in all architecture governance throughout the application development life cycles along with implementing all Genpact standards/guidelines and standard methodologies for all architecture works.
- Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for enterprise applications.
- Define technical requirements, standards, and guidelines for application development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for integration into existing systems.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to development teams.
- Ensure compliance with architecture principles and design patterns in all development projects.
- Conduct regular architecture reviews and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in enterprise application architecture.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers in architectural best practices.
