About The Position

Nimble Gravity is seeking a leader to own and grow its relationship with Anthropic. This hybrid role combines partner management and sales, focusing on cultivating relationships with Anthropic field sellers and partner managers, opening doors at enterprise accounts, and converting these introductions into closed deals. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and its potential to reshape businesses. The Principal, Anthropic will be the single point of accountability for all Anthropic-related activities at Nimble Gravity, aiming to maximize the Anthropic go-to-market strategy, including partner relationships, joint pursuits, services revenue, and Claude consumption. This role involves managing and expanding relationships with Anthropic's partner managers and field sellers, driving joint account planning, positioning Nimble Gravity's offerings, and building a scalable, repeatable system for collaboration. Nimble Gravity is a data, AI, and digital engineering consultancy with approximately 250 employees, known for blending business insight with technical expertise to deliver real-world outcomes. Anthropic is central to their AI strategy, with Nimble Gravity being a launch partner for Claude on Azure Foundry, possessing over 20 Claude-certified architects, and holding MSAs with over 20 financial services accounts. The company has established credibility across Microsoft, Databricks, and Anthropic at the FSI enterprise level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining technology partner management with consultative sales of services into enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success as a partner manager, alliances lead, or co-sell focused seller with a major AI, cloud, or data platform vendor (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Google, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Proven track record of building and managing field seller relationships at a platform vendor, converting those relationships into sourced pipeline, and closing complex services engagements.
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise AI landscape with an operator's bias, able to speak credibly about Claude, agentic systems, retrieval, evaluation, governance, and AI ROI in production.
  • Experience selling or co-selling consulting and professional services into enterprise clients, including lead generation, proposal building, and deal closing.
  • Understanding of how AI platform vendor partner programs work (deal registration, partner tiers, co-sell mechanics, joint marketing, partner sourced vs. attached deals).
  • Strong program and project management skills to run a partner motion as a system.
  • Experience defining best-in-class sales support processes and achieving customer growth.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and leading others in an entrepreneurial environment to achieve high performance.
  • Experience building executive-level communications and presentations, including vision-led proposals.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Experience with revenue operations tools and systems; HubSpot preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on customer growth.
  • Proven sales experience required; must have carried a number and hit it.
  • Ability to work in the US and travel as needed; willing to spend meaningful time on-site with Anthropic and with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Anthropic relationship end to end, serving as the single point of contact between Nimble Gravity and Anthropic.
  • Maintain a high-frequency cadence with existing Anthropic Partner Manager and field sellers, surfacing issues early, managing joint expectations, and ensuring progress toward shared milestones.
  • Expand our Anthropic field footprint by identifying and building relationships with additional Anthropic account executives, partner managers, solutions architects, and industry leads.
  • Drive net new customer acquisition through the Anthropic channel, generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities sourced through Anthropic.
  • Run joint account planning with Anthropic, building account plans that prioritize Nimble Gravity's value and Anthropic's needs.
  • Leverage existing MSAs and account knowledge to serve as a warm landing surface for Anthropic introductions and pursuits.
  • Position the Anthropic offer portfolio, adapting offers to client situations and Anthropic field seller needs.
  • Build the Anthropic playbook, codifying joint pursuit motions, messaging, proof points, deal registration, and partner program mechanics for scalability.
  • Capture and codify learnings from every Claude engagement to build reusable assets and feed back into future pursuits.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (CTO, delivery, pre-sales, product, RevOps, leadership) to align on Anthropic strategy and coordinate with Microsoft and Databricks partner motions.
  • Stay ahead of Anthropic product and program changes, briefing internal teams and adjusting positioning as needed.
  • Own the Anthropic pipeline in HubSpot, maintaining accurate forecasts and using partner relationship signals as leading indicators.
  • Represent Nimble Gravity in the Anthropic ecosystem at events, briefings, and joint customer engagements.
