As a senior team member, the Principal leads external client engagements and internal projects, develops a holistic understanding of business problems, and determines effective paths to achieve desired outcomes. In partnership with management, the Principal also helps scale and market impactful client engagements across the organization. As a technical subject matter expert, the Principal is expected to have experience designing and maintaining standard data layers, developing organizational coding standards and documentation, and troubleshooting issues that arise during analytic development. This is a hybrid Flex role requiring at least three days in the office and two days working from home. Compensation is within a base pay range of $102,000 to $184,300 annually, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location.
