Marvell’s Broadband Analog group designs physical-layer ICs for high-speed optical fiber data communication, including electrical-cable analog equalizers, transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs), and drivers for silicon photonics (SiPho), VCSELs, electro-absorption modulators (EAMs), and Mach-Zehnder modulators (MZMs). The group serves Data Center and Telecom markets and develops technology to address bandwidth, capacity, and power demands in cloud computing and data center networks. As a member of the design group, the engineer will design and validate FinFET CMOS and BiCMOS circuits for high-speed broadband ICs. The role contributes to multi-tens-of-GHz optical and electrical receiver and transmitter chips, including broadband analog and mixed-signal circuits and other analog circuits. The engineer will also collaborate with other functional groups on post-silicon validation, qualification, mass-production transition, and customer support.
