• You don't need to be an Applied AI expert on day one — you do need the curiosity and horsepower to become an expert within 90 days, engage technical leaders as a peer, and turn pattern-matching across many engagements into a compounding advantage.
• Strategic and business acumen. You see where AI creates real enterprise value and translate it into a path a business will move on.
• You're relationship-driven. You build durable, high-trust relationships and own them for the long term — through the engagement and well beyond.
• You're a partner teams want. Engineers and PMs are genuinely glad to have you in the room. You bring senior judgment and help resolve blockers.
• Revenue instinct. You recognize the right moments to advance and win business, and you have the commercial drive, urgency and finesse to close.

Responsibilities

• Win the business. Convert warm, high-intent executive relationships — sourced through our consortium and Anthropic — into signed engagements. Bring the judgment to qualify hard, the credibility to earn trust fast, and the finesse to negotiate and close.
• Become the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer. Embed with leadership as their trusted advisor on AI, diagnosing where the real opportunity is and shaping a path the business will actually act on.
• Stand up engagements quickly and keep them pointed at outcomes. We're more Palantir than McKinsey — you orchestrate the work that ships value, not decks that sit on a shelf.
• Own and grow the relationship. Stay the executive counterpart well past the first project, deepening trust and expanding the partnership over time.
