You will play a pivotal role in translating sustainability and external relations priorities into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help strengthen governance, advance strategic initiatives, and enable more consistent adoption of sustainability practices across the enterprise.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Business, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Engineering, , International Relations, or a related discipline.
Experience in Sustainability, External Relations, Social Performance, Strategy, Corporate Development, Commercial, or a similar function.
Proven project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities.
Advanced skills in data analysis, performance measurement, and translating insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Group Head to establish and maintain leadership team rhythms, including business reviews, quarterly performance updates, strategic planning sessions, and team engagement activities.
Drive annual objective setting and three-year strategic planning processes to support the delivery of business-critical priorities.
Develop and implement an enterprise sustainability framework adoption roadmap and provide guidance to business units on sustainability planning.
Create and enhance sustainability performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting frameworks to track progress and support implementation of the sustainability framework.
Foster communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration across External Relations, Social Performance, Communications, and broader enterprise teams.
Lead strategic cross-functional programs and projects from concept through execution.
Prepare stakeholder engagement plans, executive briefings, meeting materials, and action tracking for key external engagements.
Translate complex data and business insights into clear recommendations for decision-making.
