We are looking for a Principal Adviser, Leadership Development, to help shape the future of leadership capability across Rio Tinto. You’ll design and deliver impactful leadership development experiences that build readiness, effectiveness and pipeline strength at critical leadership levels. Working at an enterprise level, you’ll translate emerging workforce, digital and leadership trends into scalable development solutions aligned to Rio Tinto’s strategy, leadership expectations and succession priorities. You’ll partner closely with Talent, Learning, Workforce Strategy and business stakeholders to ensure leadership development is integrated, evidence‑based and focused on real business impact.
