The San Francisco Department of Children, Youth and Their Families (DCYF) is seeking a Principal Administrative Analyst for the Our Children, Our Families Initiative (OCOFI) team. This role is crucial for the design and implementation of the OCOFI Citywide Community Needs Assessment (CCNA), the City’s Plan for Children and Families (Plan), and the continuous improvement cycle of shared data review. The OCOFI initiative, strengthened by Proposition J, aims to reform how the city strategically coordinates, evaluates, and funds services for youth and families, with a focus on outcome-based monitoring, fostering partnerships, and ensuring data-driven, equitable services. DCYF administers San Francisco’s Children and Youth Fund and works with government agencies, schools, and community-based organizations to provide high-quality, culturally relevant services that advance equity and healing trauma. The department funds services across various areas including Early Care and Education, Educational Supports, Emotional Well Being, Enrichment, Leadership & Skill Building, Family Empowerment, Justice Services, Mentorship, Outreach & Access, Out of School Time, and Youth Workforce Development.
