About The Position
Adolescent Wellness Academy is hiring multiple Primary Therapists for its Boca Raton clinical team. The role provides clinical care to adolescents ages 13–17 in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, supporting teens and their families as they work through mental health and behavioral health challenges. Therapists collaborate with psychiatry and the clinical team to deliver coordinated care. The position is on-site in Boca Raton, Florida, full-time, Monday through Friday, from 12–8 PM, with a starting salary of $58,000 per year.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active Florida RMHCI, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT credential.
- At least 2 years of adolescent mental health or PHP/IOP experience.
- Confidence facilitating groups, navigating family dynamics, and managing clinical needs.
- Availability to work on-site in Boca Raton, Monday through Friday, 12–8 PM.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents.
- Complete clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans.
- Support teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health challenges.
- Build trust with adolescents and actively engage families in treatment.
- Collaborate with psychiatry and the clinical team to deliver coordinated care.
- Support crisis intervention, safety planning, discharge, and aftercare.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
