About The Position
Transcend ED is seeking a compassionate and dedicated fully licensed or provisionally licensed clinician to join our team at our Private Hospitilization Program (PHP) and Residential Treatment Center (RTC) in Monroe, NC. We welcome applicants interested in either full-time or part-time roles. The clinician will provide both individual and group psychotherapy services within our RTC, PHP and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. This role serves as a primary therapist and group facilitator, supporting clients through all phases of treatment.
Requirements
- Must hold an associate or full license: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMFT, Psy.D, or Ph.D
Nice To Haves
- Experience with or knowledge of eating disorders is preferred; applicants must specify relevant experience in their application
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, though not required
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions in RTC, PHP and IOP levels of care
- Provide meal support therapy and engage in case management responsibilities as a primary therapist
- Complete documentation accurately and on time, in compliance with organizational policies
- Participate in crisis intervention and on-call duties as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care
