About The Position

Epiphany Wellness is seeking a Primary Therapist to work closely with clients to assess rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing. The role supports clients’ foundational well-being and helps them develop skills to overcome challenges, heal, and sustain long-term sobriety. The Therapist performs a wide variety of patient care activities, manages a patient caseload, and provides group, individual, and family therapy. The role includes conducting psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments and maintaining primary responsibility for communication with families, referral sources, and other service providers as needed. This is an on-site position in Hendersonville, Tennessee, scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an annual salary range of $60,000 to $75,000. Epiphany Wellness provides addiction and mental health rehabilitation using evidence-based treatment and personalized recovery plans. Requirements

Active Tennessee licensure is required: LADAC I/II, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT. Candidates with pending licensure are encouraged to apply.
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related human services field.
At least 1 year of behavioral health, mental health, or substance use counseling experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience at the PHP level of care.
Proficiency in Google Workspace software.

Responsibilities

Facilitate group therapy.
Provide individual counseling.

Complete documentation and scheduling.
Develop treatment plans.
