About The Position
Enterhealth is a nationally recognized leader in dual diagnosis, trauma-informed addiction treatment, dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery through science-based, compassionate care. Located on a private 43-acre ranch-style campus in North Texas, Enterhealth Ranch provides a serene, resort-style environment where clinicians can focus on meaningful therapeutic work and exceptional patient outcomes. We are seeking a licensed Primary Therapist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced psychologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and behavioral health professionals in a clinically sophisticated environment that values innovation, individualized care, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Texas licensure as LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S
- 3 plus years experience working with addiction, mental health, trauma, or dual diagnosis populations
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative treatment environment
- CPR and SAMA certification required within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults in residential treatment
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient progress
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
- Provide crisis intervention, case management, and discharge planning
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Support relationship-building efforts with referral sources and community partners
