About The Position

The Edmonds School District is seeking certificated teachers for leave replacement positions at Cedar Way Elementary for the 2026-27 school year. These are non-continuing positions. Available positions include a Grade 2 Teacher (1.0 FTE) for the full 2026-27 school year, a Grade 3 Teacher (1.0 FTE) from the start of the school year through February 26, 2027, and a Grade 3 Teacher (.2 FTE) for the full 2026-27 school year. Preference will be given to candidates with an ELL, ESOL, or Bilingual endorsement. SIOP and GLAD training will be required for new employees unless previously completed, and must be completed within the first two years of employment.

Requirements

Washington State Teaching Certificate with an Elementary Education endorsement, or the ability to obtain one prior to the position start date.

Confidential reference forms must be completed by 11:00 p.m. on the closing date.
