About The Position

This is a full-time, dayside Registered Nurse (RN) position embedded within a clinic's primary care team at Brewer Medical Center. The role involves working side-by-side with providers and care teams to deliver connected, patient-centered care. It offers a schedule with no nights or weekends, aiming for work-life balance. The position emphasizes practicing at the top of the RN license within an innovative care model focused on improving access, removing barriers, and creating a seamless patient experience. Requirements

Must be a Registered Nurse with unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maine, or the ability to achieve licensure in the State of Maine within a year of date of hire.
Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required.
Will have up-to-date training and certification in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Health & Safety Institute. Must obtain within 2 weeks if not current at hire.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years’ nursing experience in inpatient, home health or hospice, and/or primary care practice experience preferred.
Previous experience working within a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment preferred.
