About The Position

Find your calling at Mercy! Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete. Position Details: Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Kirkwood 1001 S. Kirkwood Rd, Suite 300 Kirkwood, MO 63122 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630 No nights, weekends, or holidays! Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings.

Requirements

• LPN Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing. Licensure: Active LPN license. Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• RN Qualifications: Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree. Licensure: Active RN license. Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule
• Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
• Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Adaptability in a new and changing environment.

Responsibilities
