APRN – NP or Physician Assistant: Primary Care Provider – Employer Health Clinic Primary Care
About The Position
Froedtert ThedaCare Health - Workforce Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in onsite employer health clinics. The provider will build meaningful patient relationships, manage an individual patient panel, and practice with a high degree of autonomy as part of a collaborative care team. The role focuses on preventive care, wellness, and population health, supporting the health of employer workforces across the Milwaukee metro area and Eastern Wisconsin. The provider will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, maintain continuity of care, use evidence-based medicine, and collaborate with employers on workforce health initiatives. Family Medicine experience working independently with patients of all ages is required. The position is located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and is a 0.9 FTE role. The schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There are no weekend or call responsibilities and no expectation to work outside scheduled clinic hours. The Workforce Health team offers support from an experienced APP Medical Director and a multidisciplinary team, alongside the resources of an integrated health system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin. Requirements
- Be an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Have Family Medicine experience working independently with patients of all ages.
