About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier healthcare organization in Stayton, OR, seeking Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine and Internal/Hospital Medicine) and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to join the hospital's team. This 40-bed independent hospital, located in the heart of the Willamette Valley, offers a physician-friendly environment, broad-spectrum practice opportunities, and an exceptional quality of life in an affordable, family-oriented community known for its local cafés, bakeries, boutiques, and outdoor recreation.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine/Family Medicine residency
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
  • ACLS certification
  • Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
  • Comfortable practicing in a collaborative inpatient setting
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Team-oriented provider committed to compassionate, patient-focused care

Responsibilities

  • Full-spectrum Family Medicine opportunity with established patient panel ready for transition to the incoming physician
  • Four-day clinical schedule with one dedicated administrative day
  • Broad outpatient practice including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and minor procedures
  • 1:7 neonatal call rotation
  • Integrated EPIC EMR across the organization
  • Strong interdisciplinary support and collaborative care environment

  • Full-time Hospital Medicine position (14 shifts per month)
  • Open ICU with Pulmonology and Virtual ICU support
