Requirements

Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida
At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care

Nice To Haves

Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred

Responsibilities

Provide primary care to patients.
Manage a small patient panel.
Focus on value-based care.
Collaborate with a Health Services Team, Regional Physician Coach, Clinical Performance Coach, and Pharmacy Team.
Utilize provided administrative, financial, and technological resources.
Work with dashboards, quality metrics, and decision support tools.
