About The Position

The role offers a small patient panel, work-life balance with no nights or weekends, and a 100% outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services.
- Manage a small patient panel.
- Collaborate with a Health Services Team, Regional Physician Coach & Clinical Performance Coach, Pharmacy Team, and Operations Management.
- Utilize administrative, financial, and technological resources.
- Participate in Collaborative Forums.
- Work with Dashboards & Quality Metrics.
- Utilize Decision Support Tools.
