About The Position

The Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join the primary care department at their Arapahoe Medical Office. CPMG offers the ability to customize opportunities with a combination of virtual work and continuity to add variety to practice. Physicians can discover the benefits of the Kaiser Permanente value-based care model, where an integrated approach allows for more focus on patient care with fewer administrative burdens, supporting the ability to provide the best outcomes for patients. The medical office provides great support services including care coordinators, specialists, 1:1 staffing, pharmacy, radiology & lab, and dedicated in-basket support for extended absence or PTO. There is NO CALL required.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Physicians must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have established a qualified medical or religious exemption by September 17, 2021.
Must provide valid proof of vaccination or qualifying exemption prior to starting employment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with virtual work and continuity practice.
Familiarity with value-based care models.

Responsibilities
