About The Position

Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking board-certified Family Medicine physicians for their Urgent Care locations in the Denver metro area. These locations include Lakewood Medical Office, Aurora Centrepoint Medical Office, Rock Creek Medical Office, and Lone Tree Medical Office. Physicians must be willing to float to all locations and are currently needed most at the Rock Creek Location. The role offers flexible shift options (8, 10, & 12 hours) with no overnights. Support systems include EPIC & Abridge (AI scribe), CT scan, US and x-ray, labs, cardiac monitoring & IV medications, and a full complement of specialty consultation. The team is staffed with Family Medicine physicians, Emergency Medicine physicians, APPs, RNs, LPNs, and MAs. CPMG has an exclusive, integrated partnership with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado, sharing a mission to provide high-quality, affordable health care services and improve the health of members and communities. The Permanente Medicine model allows physicians to practice evidence-based, patient-centered medicine in a collaborative, inclusive culture, free from fee-for-service pressures, focusing on patient care. CPMG professional staff provide support in business operations, scheduling, analytics, human resources, communications, legal, finance, and strategy.

Requirements

• Board-certified Family Medicine physicians.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Willingness to float to all 4 locations.
• Availability for 8, 10, & 12 hour shifts.
• Must not have overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in Family Medicine Urgent Care settings.
• Float to all 4 Urgent Care locations in the Denver metro area as needed.
• Prioritize shifts at the Rock Creek Location.
• Practice evidence-based, patient-centered medicine.
• Collaborate with colleagues in various specialties.
