About The Position

Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or IM-Peds physician for our Pueblo North Medical Office located in Pueblo, Colorado. This clinic is the newest Kaiser clinic in Pueblo, which has a small town feel. The position offers no call or OB duties. CPMG also provides the flexibility to customize opportunities with a combination of virtual work and continuity, or flexible work hours to accommodate scheduling needs. All CPMG staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a qualified exemption by September 17, 2021. Proof of vaccination or exemption is required before starting employment.

Requirements

Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or IM-Peds.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a qualified medical or religious exemption by September 17, 2021.
Provide valid proof of vaccination or qualifying exemption prior to starting employment.
