About The Position

Opportunity to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Florence, South Carolina. The physician will inherit a loyal patient panel and continue the practice’s trusted legacy while shaping its future. The care model emphasizes personalized, preventive medicine and longer appointments, with approximately 8–10 patients per day. The role offers practice ownership and autonomy, supported by MDVIP’s national physician network and resources. Physicians are expected to focus on wellness, prevention, long-term patient health, and meaningful patient relationships.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting patient relationships.

Nice To Haves

• At least five years of outpatient primary care experience.
