About The Position

MDVIP is offering the opportunity to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Gilroy, California. The physician will take over a loyal patient panel and carry forward the practice’s trusted legacy while shaping its future. The model emphasizes personalized, preventive medicine and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume care. Physicians typically see 8–10 patients per day in longer appointments, with a manageable schedule intended to support work-life balance. The role offers independent practice ownership alongside the resources and support of MDVIP’s national physician network. The position is suited to a physician interested in ownership and long-term practice leadership.

Requirements

Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
Interest in practice ownership and long-term leadership.
Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting patient relationships.

Nice To Haves

Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
