Primary Care Physician

Advanced Medical Management•Lakewood, WA
•$350,000 - $400,000

About The Position

We are seeking a mission-driven, compassionate, and forward-thinking Primary Care Physician (PCP), bilingual in Vietnamese and Cantonese, to join a full-risk, value-based care primary care practice group. The role is intended for a physician who thrives in a value-based care environment and wants to focus on relationship-based medicine, proactive health management, and personalized patient engagement. The practice enables physicians to deliver quality care through a team-based approach, allowing providers to know their patients, manage complex conditions, and improve health outcomes while reducing avoidable utilization. Physicians deliver comprehensive, longitudinal primary care to Commercial and Medicare-age patients, with intentionally small panels of typically 400–500 patients, longer appointments, and fewer daily visit requirements. The physician works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and MSO/IPA support in risk adjustment, clinical quality, care coordination, and patient engagement. The practice culture is collaborative and mission-aligned, with a focus on outcomes rather than RVUs.
