About The Position
Millennium Physician Group is hiring a Primary Care Physician in Fort Myers, Florida. The organization is a physician-led primary care practice focused on value-based, patient-centered care. Physicians have clinical autonomy and are supported by an integrated clinical team, advanced technology, and operational resources, with an emphasis on spending more time with patients and less time on administrative work. The physician will provide outpatient primary care to adult patients, build long-term relationships centered on prevention and chronic disease management, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. The role uses evidence-based medicine and participates in quality initiatives aimed at improving patient health and outcomes while reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization. The position offers a stated base salary range of $182,545 to $273,819. Compensation is determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs. The organization also describes shared-savings bonus opportunities and potential equity participation.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active Florida medical license, or ability to obtain one.
- DEA license, or ability to obtain one before starting.
- Passion for value-based, patient-centered care.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
