About The Position

PeopleOne Health is seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician with training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics to join their team. This role focuses on providing full-spectrum primary care for adults and children, emphasizing preventive care, behavior change, and a proactive approach to wellness through a direct primary care model. Physicians are empowered to practice at the top of their licensure, performing common in-office procedures. The model removes traditional insurance constraints, allowing for smaller patient panels, longer appointment times, and reduced administrative burdens. The physician will work with a multidisciplinary team including a clinical pharmacist, registered dietitian, and care coordinators. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-directed, and focused on patient education, healing, and advocacy. Patients benefit from extended visits, coordinated care, and access to services like mental health screenings and specialist consultations via eConsult. This is an opportunity to practice medicine in a personalized, relationship-centered, and transformative environment.
