About The Position
An established outpatient primary care practice in Litchfield, Connecticut, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. This role is 100% outpatient, office-based, focusing on an adult patient population (18+). The practice emphasizes a collaborative, physician-focused team environment with advanced technology and comprehensive clinical support, aiming to provide an exceptional quality of life and work-life balance. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling options including a 4-day work week. The position involves minimal phone-only call, with optional teaching opportunities available.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
- H-1B candidates are welcome.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide 100% outpatient, office-based primary care to an adult patient population (18+).
- Participate in a flexible weekday schedule, including an available 4-day work week.
- Manage minimal phone-only call duties (approximately one weekday every 6 weeks and two weekend rotations annually).
- Engage in optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment.
- Focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate effectively with a supportive, team-based environment.
