About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Gunhill. This Primary Care Physician role involves attending to an underserved patient population, performing administrative, professional, and consulting duties as directed by the Medical Director, and participating in departmental meetings and committees. The position requires late evening and weekend coverage as part of a standard scheduling rotation.

Requirements

Active New York State unrestricted license.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

Attend to underserved patient population.
Perform administrative, professional, and consulting duties as requested by the Medical Director.
Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
Provide late evening and weekend coverage as part of the standard scheduling rotation.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $236,000 (board eligible); $241,000 (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
401(k) Company Contribution: Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings.
