About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Gunhill. Gotham Health, the largest FQHC in the United States, serves diverse populations across New York City, upholding the mission of NYC Health + Hospitals to provide high-quality, comprehensive health services with dignity and respect to all New Yorkers, regardless of their ability to pay. This role involves attending to an underserved patient population, performing administrative, professional, and consulting duties as directed by the Medical Director, and participating in departmental meetings and committees. The position requires late evening and weekend coverage as part of a standard scheduling rotation.

Requirements

• Active New York State unrestricted license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Attend to underserved patient population.
• Perform administrative, professional, and consulting duties as requested by the Medical Director.
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
• Provide late evening and weekend coverage as part of the standard scheduling rotation.
