About The Position

This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced–without RVU pressure. We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Clear and active medical license
- DEA
- NO RESIDENTS, NO NEW GRADS
Nice To Haves
- Geriatric experience preferred
- HEDIS experience a plus
- Value-Based Care experience preferred–but not required; training provided
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+.
- Build meaningful patient relationships.
- Spend more time with each individual patient.
- Practice medicine without RVU pressure.
