About The Position

Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient Primary Care group in Glen Burnie, MD. This is a full-time opportunity with five practice locations in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The role involves traditional outpatient duties with an adult population, seeing approximately 18+ patients per day. It offers a physician and APP-friendly, collaborative work environment, with support for special interests such as sports medicine or various procedures. The position is suitable for rising physicians and new graduates. Requirements

Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland.
Possesses and maintains current Board Certification within practicing specialty required of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification.
Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS affiliated acute care facility.
Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.
