About The Position

This position is for a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics in Peoria, IL. The physician will be responsible for providing patient care and meeting all necessary qualifications for licensing, certifications, and program participation.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree.
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or IM/Peds.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Must be eligible for OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
