About The Position
You'll provide patient-centered primary care in an outpatient practice within a physician-led organization. This is your chance to practice community medicine with light phone call coverage shared across health system practices. You'll serve a welcoming community in the scenic Finger Lakes region while enjoying work-life balance and comprehensive support.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality outpatient primary care to patients in a community-focused setting.
- Diagnose and treat patients across the lifespan.
- Manage chronic conditions.
- Coordinate care as part of a collaborative physician-led health system.
- Participate in light phone call coverage rotated among other practices.
