About The Position

This role offers a small patient panel, work-life balance with no nights or weekends, and a 100% outpatient setting. VIPcare is experiencing rapid growth and is opening new locations in Lake and Sumter Counties in 2027.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services.
- Manage a small patient panel.
- Collaborate with a Health Services Team, Regional Physician Coach, Clinical Performance Coach, and Pharmacy Team.
- Utilize administrative, financial, and technological resources provided by the company.
- Participate in collaborative forums and utilize operations management dashboards and quality metrics.
