Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
- Experience in value-based care.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients.
- Manage a small patient panel.
- Collaborate with a health services team, regional physician coach, clinical performance coach, and pharmacy team.
- Utilize administrative, financial, and technological resources.
- Participate in collaborative forums and utilize operations management dashboards and quality metrics.
- Use decision support tools.
