About The Position

Acquire and lead an established MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Rochester, NY, carrying forward a trusted clinical legacy while shaping a practice focused on integrative, functional, and preventive medicine. The opportunity offers ownership of a financially stable practice with a loyal patient base and an unrushed, relationship-based setting, typically caring for 8–10 patients per day. Clinical care emphasizes detailed histories, advanced diagnostics, metabolic health, inflammation, nutrition, stress, sleep, longevity, comprehensive annual wellness assessments, and personalized, evidence-based preventive planning. The physician operates independently with MDVIP administrative, technology, compliance, and marketing support and access to a national physician community. The role is designed to support sustainable clinical work and professional and personal balance.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong interest or experience in integrative, functional, or lifestyle-based medicine.
• Desire for practice ownership and long-term clinical leadership.
• Passion for prevention, patient education, and longitudinal care.
• Commitment to community presence and sustained physician-patient relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Board certification in Integrative Medicine and/or Functional Medicine.
• Minimum 5 years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and lead an established primary care practice.
• Provide relationship-based outpatient primary care to approximately 8–10 patients per day.
• Deliver integrative, functional, lifestyle-based, and preventive care, including comprehensive annual wellness assessments.
• Use detailed histories, advanced diagnostics, personalized health planning, and evidence-based preventive strategies.
• Build sustained physician-patient relationships and maintain a presence in the community.
• Provide patient education and longitudinal care.
