About The Position

Heartline Staffing is hiring a Primary Care Physician in St. Louis, Missouri, for an established, physician-led organization providing senior-focused, value-based primary care to Medicare Advantage patients. The role is 100% outpatient and emphasizes hands-on, high-touch, relationship-centered care in a model that supports small patient panels and team-based practice.

The physician will care for a maximum panel of 450 patients and work with a dedicated care and support team, in-house consulting specialists such as Cardiology and Podiatry, and holistic health services including acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition. Door-to-door transportation is provided for patients. Administrative time is included in the schedule, and the role has no nights or weekends.

The position offers a base salary of $221,141–$315,915 annually, a guaranteed salary plus a quality-based performance plan, and may also be eligible for bonuses or commissions. Final compensation depends on experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. The organization is rapidly expanding and offers a no-buy-in partnership opportunity.
