Primary Care Physician (Senior Health)
About The Position
One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their growing, outpatient practice in Lawrenceville, GA at their Sugarloaf clinic location. This role is part of the One Medical Seniors program, which focuses on providing relationship-based primary care to adults on Medicare and those who may need more attention. The physician will work closely with the Medical Directors and the care team to deliver high-quality patient care, engage geriatric patients, and contribute to practice innovation within a value-based care environment. The practice offers smaller panel sizes, no billing or coding responsibilities, and a supportive team-based model designed to restore humanity to healthcare.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Georgia.
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
- Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required.
Responsibilities
- Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
- Partner with the care team and leverage One Medical Seniors coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage our geriatric patient population in care and drive behavior change.
- Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
