What is the Physician Pathways Program? This program is designed for physicians in their final year of residency or fellowship who have accepted a future Primary Care position with Optum. Participants remain in their training program while receiving mentorship, professional development, and financial support as they prepare for full-time practice. The program requires only 1-3 hours per month and does not interfere with training responsibilities.
