Optum Oregon is seeking final-year residents to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program, a unique mentorship and career development opportunity designed to support your transition from training into full-time practice. What is the Physician Pathways Program? This program is designed for physicians in their final year of residency or fellowship who have accepted a future Primary Care position with Optum. Participants remain in their training program while receiving mentorship, professional development, and financial support as they prepare for full-time practice. The program requires only 1-3 hours per month and does not interfere with training responsibilities.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O.
PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Residency
Desire to practice outpatient primary care in Eugene, OR
